"Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We did not use the extra amenities, but the spa sounded delightful. Room were cleaned daily. The king bed is GIANT! I think it could have fit four people on one bed. haha. The location wasn't immediately within bustling activity, which may be a plus or minus based on what you are looking for. But about a 15-20 minute walk in any direction will get you to a bustling area. In the heat, we only were able to walk one way, shopped... then took either the subway or an Uber back, whichever was easiest. (Uber rides are pretty inexpensive.)"

"The hotel rooms have obviously gone under a recent refurb and are clean and spacious. The location is fab, just next to Taipei Arena MRT and with several bus lines connecting you to other parts of Taipei. The common areas (particularly the painfully slow lifts) are a little dated but still charming. The staff is lovely and was very accommodating at check-in and check-out."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple, despite some language barrier. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was somewhat limited -- there were only 4-5 options to choose from. But there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby."
