Unit was very welcoming in appearance and check in process was very easy and convenient! Very helpful rental agent and friendly neighbors too. Very pet friendly too! Two negatives- pool wasn't heated and kitchen needs some TLC. Otherwise unit was perfect!

Perfect Location for us!
A friend and I rented this condo for a soccer tournament with our teen sons. The fields were 5 minutes away, as was Top Golf, an Escape Room, many restaurants and grocery stores. It was very easy to get downtown and to the beach - very close to the highways. The unit is exactly as described. My only complaint is if you plan to eat in often the kitchen is minimally stocked. There is enough to get by but you have to run the dishwasher a lot. There is not a cutting board which seemed odd. The community is well-maintained, the pool is lovely and the residents all seemed very nice. Communication with the property management team was quick and easy. We would stay here again!

Great stay for the money
I really enjoyed the condo. The community is safe and has a lot of great amenities. It's nearby to everything you'd want to be near when vacationing. My only quarm would be it was missing a few basics in the unit, pot holders being one. There were ants(but ant baits were placed). The description says it sleeps 6 but I will have to say it sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a sofa and love seat and they don't open up to beds and they aren't very comfortable for sleeping on. Plus the dinner table only seats 4, so mama was the odd one out while everyone else ate dinner while I cleaned up. But... For the cost however it's a great place and I would definitely book again!
