Easy accessible hotel with excellent nearby 24-hour supermarket and drug & beauty shop^_^

The hotel has a great location.

This is a very clean hotel. The service is excellent. The location is very convenient. Overall rating is high.

Stayed here every time when I was in Osaka. Excellent location and high quality of room accommodating experience

Convenient and good service.

It’s my second time to stay at this hotel, and this time we stayed for 3 nights, the staff is very helpful in making reservations at restaurants for us. The room is clean and comfortable, and they are very sweet to decorate our room for my birthday. It’s a sweet and pleasant stay.😊

Overall hotel service was great as it was clean and rooms were spacious. It would have been better if they could check us in correctly for bookings of 3 families, staff was not very polite upon finding their own mistakes.
