「We have enjoyed Pickalbatros Sungo. The property was very clean. The staff very polite, welcoming, nice and helpful. Pools were very clean. We have enjoyed water park. Food was fresh and abundant. The weather in March (end of March) did not cooperate and we had couple gloomy and rainy days but this was not the fault of the resort. 「A lovely short break at the Eden Andalou Hotel - staff very friendly and always greeted by a smile - special call outs for bar staff Ali and James and entertainment Pidro, so much fun Accommodation and pool areas very clean Food was a mix of traditional Moroccan as well as salads, pasta, etc Hotel is about a 20 mins ride away from Marrakesh where the hotel offers a free shuttle Overall would recommend 」

「Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. 」
