Extra perk, mini bar in the room was complimentary and replanished daily. Staff was excellent and made this tourist feel special. 」

「The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep.
