"We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need."

"Waking up to a view of the bay was a great way to start each day! We loved being able to kayak or paddle board right from the property. The location is convenient to explore Newport and Bristol and other nearby places, and Portsmouth has a beach and local restaurants as well. The house has everything you need, whether you choose to relax at home or venture out to local sites. We will definitely be back!!!"

"The home was exactly as advertised, and while small, the open space was plenty roomy for our group of 3-4 adults plus an infant. The kitchen and bath were neat and contemporary. We really appreciated the little things…all the dishes/pots & pans, and glassware that we needed, but also games and other things (binoculars!) to help us enjoy our stay. The best part - the location! At the end of the point with private access to the bay, and a lovely deck to enjoy the gorgeous water views - we couldn’t...

"10 of us gathered for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The water views and sunsets are spectacular. The house fit us all comfortably (beds, big dinning room table, etc). (Note that the guest house downstairs and upstairs loft are open spaces so you need to adding rooms accordingly.) Anne, Terrence, and Michael were great on communication. Would definitely come back."
