The best time
We stayed at Flora 12a and it was fantastic. We all had a great time, loads of board games and DVD’s! What a relaxing homely cabin! Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay except for migs but that is Scotland in the summer.
I perhaps did not read small print as the upstairs area can only ever be for kids although I would be concerned about stairs - it would be good to have a railing both leading up to this area and down to hot tub (stairs outside were tight). Otherwise we had fab weather and the outside area was lovely. Beds downstairs were very comfy. It would have been good to have seen a book of the property and area but we winged it.

Good stay
Good stay in this lodge that provides everything you need (from hand soap down to tin foil, utensils, dishwasher, antibacterial wipes etc). Nice views and nice hot tub. Lovely place for a little walk around the area too.

Stunning lodge but just bad timing
This was not our first time in Dalavich, but the first time in Flora which is a stunning lodge with first class amenities, the area has lots of nice walks and if you are into fishing it is a perfect spot, unfortunately we were there when the coronavirus was kicking off so our trip was a bit muted.

Stunning Scandi style cabin with cosy wood burner
What a real treat our stay at Flora cabin was. It is a beautiful, bright, stylish, comfy cabin in the woods, so quiet and restful. 6 of us stayed for Easter week, the grandchildren loved their Easter Egg hunt in the woods. The children also loved the large loft space where they could have all their toys and games laid out on the floor. We had lovely walks and skimming stones in the Loch, which is perfect for open water swimming. The fittings and furnishings in the cabin are superb; the kitchen well stocked with utensils for foodies and handy dishwasher leaves plenty time for relaxing in front of the cosy wood burner. There are lots of DVD’s and board games to while away the evening. We mostly cooked for ourselves but had delightful lunches in the Kilchrenan Inn and at The Oyster Inn at Connel. Trips to the standing stones in Kilmartin and Oban were worth the journey. A wonderful break, thank you David and Hannah for creating such a lovely, welcoming, home away from home.

Well designed cosy cabin
We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin is well equipped with everything you need, and the Scandinavian decor is very well considered. We really appreciated the high quality linen, fixtures and fittings (Hay, Habitat, Muuto, etc.), they made quite a difference to our comfort. The cabin is well placed for exploring the area, in a lovely quiet spot, and walks around the area are beautiful. Kilmartin Glen is amazing! Plus, having a stock of dry wood available for the woodburner was welcome after our days out, very cosy.

Wonderful getaway
The property was beautifully appointed inside and furnished. Instructions were comprehensive and the owners had thought of oretty much everything. The location was less picturesque than I expected, and it takes at least 30 minutes in any direction to get to a main road. However the quality of the cabin was superb and everything was provided for. We had a great holiday walking and walking and walking.
