“Terrible experience with the property, but VRBO were brilliant. Couldn’t contact VRBO straight away (not their fault) our taxi driver recommended a nearby hotel which was ok. When I did contact VRBO the next day, they were extremely nice, very apologetic. They opened up a case against the ‘owner’. Straight away they paid for the second night at the hotel (was only staying two nights) and within a few days I was refunded total apartment cost. Well done Vrbo. Will definitely use you again. “The breakfast only at 10 is really annoying, even got shout out to get a coffee at 9.30, they should really do something about it !!! The photos are way better than the reality. The beach club was closed cause of the weather... it was very warm... sunny 30 degrees, the beach is abandonned not really nice to be there. We asked to use the waterbikes on the photo but it was not possible, they looked like they did not move the wole summer.”
