Cleaning staff we met and chatted with the kids, were also very kind. Beds were amazing! The hotel is beautiful and is looked after well. Highly recommend! X"

"Staff on the desk were absolutely lovely and friendly. I'd never stayed in Cardiff before, and they were so helpful explaining how to get around. The check in and out was easy. Room was decent with all the expected amenities. Really clean, and the bathroom was ace. Bed was super comfy, too. No parking available, but there are loads of pay and display car parks within 5 minutes walk"
