"The Staff were very efficient especially at Check-In as Hotels.com had not sent the Hotel my booking! I had the booking on my phone but the hotel had no booking for our week. This was not the best start to our holiday. The Hotel is excellent I would recommend a sea view."

"Room was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very grateful to have left our bike boxes there while we cycled around the islands. Breakfast buffet very good. Spa area in need of refurb, gym decent but needs a clean up. Unfortunately couldn’t get WiFi for 3 days we were there which was very annoying although staff did try to fix it. "

"The villa is even better and bigger than in the pictures. It is a convenient walk to the main beaches, bars and restaurants in Costa Teguise, but very quite too. Very well laid out and furnished. Warm pool even in February. "
