「Ease of access to the apartment was really nice after a long day of travel. I looked for a place soecifically with a pool for my kids. We unfortunately brougbt the cool weather with us and only enjoyed a little pool and hottub time. The communitcation with the team was good. The only downside is is that you can hear a lot of air traffic as it it in close proximity to the airport and the downstairs neighbors came to visit us and tell us they could hear a ton of foot traffic above them. They were...

「The stay in Monet’s condo was great! She was quick to respond to any questions I had or any needs that arose. The area is vibrant with restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. The only concern was check in was a little confusing with needing to be buzzed into the parking garage etc…but was handled smoothly with Monet. I would definitely return to this condo!」

「Communication was excellent and the host was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in/out process. Property was clean and seemed to have everything we needed. Just a short walk to the light rail and also had onsite parking. Would stay again.」

「A great base for our stay in the Phoenix area. Communication with the host was outstanding. The beds were fairly comfy although there is a dip in bed of the spare room. The unit was clean and updated with a well appointed kitchen. The only negative was the couch was very uncomfortable so sitting and visiting wasn't as cozy as it could have been. A very minor thing. Everything else was as perfect as could be! Would stay again.」

「Impressed with how well number of kitchen appliances, pots, pans and mixing/serving bowls there were. Nice to find in a rental property. Enjoyed the neighborhood and walking with our small dog to all the parks in the area. Nice to have the lake views and the birds etc. that visit there. Close to grocery stores, and restaurants. There are 23 steps, to the condo, so keep that in mind when renting. Could be difficult for older renters. The home was comfortable. Enjoyed our 6 weeks there. 」

「The airplanes flying over were a little loud. All the beds were twins. Neither of those bothered me tho. 」
