“While others were right saying you would be pushed onto Concierge after check in to sign up for the presentation, I simply said "I kindly decline" and was never asked again or even pushed with follow-up questions. I felt zero pressure to sign up or attend anything. The staff was exceptionally kind and very helpful even though we would not be attending any presentation. With that being said, the property is nice but our room was VERY outdated. Cabinets were sticky and unclean, my feet/socks were……

“It was a beautiful property and very well maintained We didn’t like the check in process at all, we were pressured to come to a meeting about the property. The man was too pushy. After driving 7 hours we just wanted to check in to our room.We will never go back to Wyndham.”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less……

“Clean nice area”

“The room needed updating. The shower fixture was coming out of the wall, couch had stains on it, closet door was not on the track. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend for someone to stay there. ”

“Our stay at the condo worked great. Perfect for our family and the price was very reasonable. We may stay there again when we go to Dollywood again! ”

“We were in a newly renovated suite which was very clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed. We were on 3rd floor and there are no elevators so that was a little tough. Also, TV channels had a lot static but we weren’t in room very much so not a dealbreaker for us. We did not use amenities due to time constraints so we are unable to comment on those. Overall, a great stay and will likely book again. ”
