“The House on Pink Street is a gem! From checkin through checkout, everything was perfect. We had booked a Vibrant Studio and were upgraded to the Urban Residence (1 bedroom, with balcony) for one of our two-night stay. Both apartments are well appointed and stunningly beautiful. Joana and Veronica are true stars who have been most helpful throughout our stay—nothing was too much to them and one can totally feel how passionate they are about making sure their guests feel at home. “On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. There were complimentary fruit and a free mini bar in the room. For breakfast the options, quality of food……

“What a great stay! Lovely, spacious rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is outside the heavily trafficked tourist area with its own vibe— a variety of good restaurants, cafes, boutiques and even a health food grocery store nearby with plenty of items to prepare easy meals in the apartment. The courtyard, which is heated in winter, is a nice bonus space. Walkable to all major neighborhoods and train or tram stations. ”

“Staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating, communicated everything clearly to me and ahead of time so I could be prepared on my arrival. The location is perfect for people wanting to be walking distance from local restaurants, plazas, parks etc. no complaints everything was perfect, apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. ”

“飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。”

“Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. In ca. 20 Minuten mit Uber vom Flughafen zum Hotel und fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Jeden Morgen gab es leckere Pastel de Nata und man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Eierspeisen, Müsli, Avocado, Pancakes, Obst und Getränken Kaffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, Kakao, Chai Latte, Kurkumamilch, Tee und frischgepressten Säften wählen.
