"I stayed in a Junior Suite, garden view, air-conditioned room was perfect, fresh and comfortable. Reception was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful on every occasion, ready to help no matter what. My room was spotless, clean, and maintained to a very high standard (everything perfectly made up, like new), thank you to your housekeeping team. The breakfast selection was amazing, with excellent choices (heaps during breakfast) with perfect execution each morning. My standout experience was at the poolside. The cocktails and beverage service (on point) was exceptional every time. A special shout‑out to your employee Mr Nguyen Hoand Nguyen, he noticed when I arrived, remembered the drinks for our group of six without any reminder, and delivered perfect service throughout. He made the stay even more special. The overall team are amazing who are attentive in their areas, hospitable, and genuinely committed to guest care and friendly. Thank you so much. I would definitely return without any hesitation; This team have set a very high standard in this industry."

We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. "The room was gorgeous and ocean view was breathtaking. Everything is clean and organized. I have minor recommendion that the room needs to install more electrical outlets especially, near the bed. Lisa Nguyen who was my check-in receptionist had done a tremendous job and diligently working hard to ensure that she can help me with several options on my requests. She manages to help me out. I haven't seen such a patience and willingness to-help receptionist in my life in order to accommodate my request. This lady, Lisa, deserves top 5 out 5 Star and get a promotion. I hope her boss is able to read my feedback here."
