Thanh Ha Pottery Village

The place is a little dated and we had a room with a toilet that was blocked on arrival and a shower over a bath which wouldn’t drain, and even after maintenance came to sort it, the problem remained. This caused flooding around the shower and bath and onto the floor and was damp on the plaster outside the bathroom. The bar staff at the skybar were the highlight, very attentive and efficient. We had to constantly ask for towel replacements as they weren’t forthcoming with these at all. Overall, a bit disappointing.

From the pick-up at the airport, check-in, breakfast, facilities and staff it was excellent. Most importantly, the staff was very hospitable, courteous and very friendly, helpful.
