“Check in was challenging. We requested a quiet room and we arrived to the room closest to a busy road. Our shower drain was clogged, so I showered in dirty water. The internet was intermittent the entire two days. The area is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel is right by the intersection of two busy highways. It’s noisy. I would not stay there again. Also they were still working on the building we were in. The two upper rooms were done but the bottom was not. We heard construction noise until……

“The property was very clean and well-maintained, and it was in a scenic, peaceful setting among trees and rolling hills. The room was well-appointed, with a full kitchen including dishes and utensils. Everything was clean and well laid-out. “The entry/exit for this motel is dangerous due to oncoming traffic and road construction. Property was ok but WiFi was spotty. Room was average. Cable tv was good. We didn’t partake of the free continental breakfast. Check in clerk was not very knowledgeable about local restaurants. We would probably not stay there again unless that was the only place with vacancies.”

The staff members we reached could barely communicate in English, and several times they simply hung up on us.
