"Maureen and her lovely staff operate a first class B&B. Thoughtful amenities and conveniences, clean and comfortable. Amazing home cooked breakfast, both plentiful and delicious. Thank you"
"Breakfast each day was phenomenal, staff were all so friendly, hotel & room were beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time & would stay here again!"
"We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. "
"Very cute and clean room. After driving all day we were so happy to see all muffins, scones, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, strawberries, milk, OJ, hot chocolate and coffee already in the room for breakfast the next day. We had a great stay, thank you!"
"What a wonderful one-night stay on the July 4th weekend. It’s a beautiful, comfortable inn with lovely hosts. Also in a great location, set back from a fairly busy country road with several good food options nearby, and charming villages and towns to tour. Highly recommend. "
"Very comfortable, VERY spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable beds, being renovated, June 2025 so will be even better. AND Jae's Restaurant on property is very good, with great service. "

"Lovely stay. Comfortable bed. Large room. Adequate breakfast (no hot options that we saw, but plenty of other yummy items to choose from) with lots of spaces to enjoy it. Just a few steps outside the main street area of of Lennox. Plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. We attended an excellent outside show at the Shakespeare, which is just down the road, and hiked Mt Lenox as well. Tanglewood is outside of town too. Lots to do. Beautiful area. Great stay. "
"Our stay at The Dewey was fantastic! Everything was easy and efficient, and it was so close to both town and Tanglewood. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the 3rd floor shower was fantastic, and the room was well-appointed without being overly crowded. I also have to commend the owners for their attention to detail - after many, many years of traveling all over the world, this was the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel where the hairdryer came with a diffuser attachment. (What a treat for my curls!) We would definitely stay here again."
"Such a lovely stay at the Gateway in Lenox. Easy check in, room was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location within Lenox - walkable to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Looking forward to our next stay. "
"Our first trip to Berkshires- for a family wedding. The penthouse exceeded our high expectations. Beautifully decorated, lovely sitting and dining areas. flawless!!!"
"Location is nice both for town activities and getting around the berkshires. Walk to town is easy and 5-10 min walk to coffee, restaurants, and shops, and walking to Tanglewood is doable, though the hill back would be tough. Plenty of clean towels and sheets, kids liked the chairs in the living room and going to the playground next door. Plenty of room for 6 person multigenerational family. About 5-10 min by car to supermarkets in Pittsfield, slow charging available at the police station and fast chargers 10 min away at Lee outlets. 30 min to Williamstown, 45 to North Adams and Mass Moca.Owners were responsive and helpful-we accidentally left something there and they mailed it back quickly! stairs are a little steep for both my 4 year old and my 80 parents. The views aren’t great from the house (mostly parking lots) but there is a yard kids can play in and the community center next door has a playground and pickleball courts"

10/10 Excellent
"We booked this house as the venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Every room was gorgeous, with elegant décor and plenty of space for our guests. Even the bathrooms were stunning, making every part of the home feel special. The kitchen had everything we needed to host our 50-person wedding, from all the utensils to the appliances, making meal prep and serving a breeze. The communication with the hosts was amazing—Daniel was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for our big day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate! Highly recommend!"
