“Well what a really pleasant place, surpassed all expectations. We stayed in The Horseshoe Suite and it was perfect for a short stay. Our only problem would have been the bath size - small, but the shower was more than adequate. The bed was very large and very comfortable with exceptionally white bed linen, every where was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was superb, great food, lovely surroundings with good prices and finally each and every member of staff were genuinely nice, polite,……

The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. “The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break”

“Our stay was lovely: the manageress, bar staff and waitresses were all welcoming. They provided information about the local area and showed interest when we returned after our days out. We stayed three nights in a very comfortable room, with a good selection at breakfast. We ate in one evening which very tasty. We would definitely stay here again.”
