"The rooms are clean, but not very spacious, toilet a tight area, that said the Bar area is very nice, food is great with a lot of choice, it’s also great to see somewhere that has atmosphere. "

"We had a lovely stay at this cute cottage cozy enough for 2. It was in a picturesque area and nice and quiet. The hot tub was a lovely touch after a stressful year to relax under the stars. The cottage was well equipped, very clean and Netflix was a great bonus. We spent New Year in the Ye Olde Forge Valley pub which had good food and lovely hosts and was a short taxi ride away with a local taxi company but book ahead as he does get very busy. Sue was lovely and friendly and happy to help with any questions we had and gave us info on places of interest. We will definitely be back"

"Perfect cottage for a family Christmas. The cottage was very spacious and was decked out for Christmas. It is situated in the heart of the village with local pubs and shops just around the corner. "

"Great home to stay in for this long weekend. Clean and well equipped. We could have had more info on local food offers, especially the newer zymology and brandy basket restaurants. More info on local (village based) walks (which we discovered online) would be good as our mobile signal dropped out while walking and we were a little lost! Am old fashioned map would be great!"
