Anytime we needed something - extra blankets, toilet paper, etc. - it showed up within minutes. Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This is the only place I'll stay in NYC (after trying many hotels throughout the city). The location is on block away from the subway, there's a terrific restaurant connected to the hotel plus other wonderful restaurants, the service and staff are attentive, the rooms are perfectly clean every time, the rooms are very large (for a deluxe room), and it's a short walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park, the Metropolitan and American History Museums. "
