Can't say enough good things about the Wallace Hotel. Everyone who works there is always so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and it is quiet at night, which is so unique in New York City!

We are a family of four staying in the city visiting friends and seeing a few shows. It’s a well decorated boutique hotel in a great area upper west side - close to everything including subway and a cute bakery across the street for coffee in the morning. And very comfortable beds.

Loved the place. Room and facility very clean. The staff was lovely and friendly. The area is close to the train station and there's a lot to do around the area without it being too busy. I wish they had a true restaurant. I would definitely go back!

One of the very best boutique hotels in NYC. Perfectly located and close to so much on the upper west side. Be aware: just because you spend several hundred dollars at the hotel doesn’t mean you can automatically enjoy a seat in the bar. Make a reservation earlier in the day or you’ll be standing around with a drink.
