「My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. 「We spent a week in Key West at this nice little main floor one bedroom suite. The location is great, and walkable to anywhere you might want to go in Key West. Parking was pretty easy...always found a spot within a 1/2 block. The area is safe and quiet, but really easy to get to all the great sites and the beaches. If you are considering a trip to Key West, Marilyn's place is a great place to stay. Thank you, Marilyn for having us!」

「This was the best rental property my wife and I have stayed at. We have utilized rental properties in many different States and also Key West previously but this property was perfect in every way. To top it off, the Vacasa team (specifically Justin) were accomodating, friendly and made our stay first rate. 「靠近南岸，和温室蝴蝶园面对面，到最南端标志只有两条街。街斜对面可以租车。含早餐，午餐好像也有但是并不确定因为当地饮食文化丰富，中午和晚上都在外面吃的。AVALON家庭旅馆给人非常温暖的亲切感，就是那种典型美式家庭的生活方式。房屋宽敞整洁，设施齐全。游泳池24小时开放，但用的是过滤海水，有点咸。老板很热情，对游客们都非常礼貌没有种族偏向。唯一的缺点就是价格偏贵，不过Key West上也没有便宜的，都很贵。」
