"What can I say?…we will definitely be back! Such a great experience. Everyone was super helpful. Nice bar, Starbucks handy, great breakfast buffet, and a nice little night menu if you choose to stay in. The pool was very enjoyable also. Looking forward to next time."

"We were harassed by the other guest, the staff refused to help, the guest noisily walked, slammed doors, head breathing and moaning. After contacting staff she gaslighted. After being woken up at 2 pm two night in a row. First time, the guest stopped, the 2 nd night the guest never stopped, the police were called, nothing done again, we eventually left at 4am so we can try to get some sleep somewhere else. I demand a refund. Per California law it is your legal duty to preserve all evidence of my stay, including everyone else that was staying there, the videos need to be preserved as well. The text need to be preserved as well."

"It is a small, quiet and clean hotel. I have stayed twice and it was a good experience both times. It id near a lot of things since it is on Sunset. Will book again."

"The Biltmore is a how beautiful overall, the only thing that would have made it perfect is if they would have had some kind of magnets on the shower curtain? Because the shower was very small, and the curtain kept hitting me. Not too sanitary and annoying when showering."
