Had everything we needed for our stay. We had one issue that the property management took care of quickly and easily. Enjoyed out stay and looking forward to renting this place again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent for golfers. The steering wheel on golf cart appeared home made and there was no place to put score card. There was. No place to put sand to replace divots. The house was basic,nothing special. Five light bulbs were burned out. All the cleaning products were practically empty. It’s my understanding that is you use them up, you should replace them. It would have cost a lot of money to do so. If I’m spending $5000 to rent they could supply the cleaning supplies. Down HOme Properties was very helpful and great people to deal with.
