「When I walked in the room the tv was turned on and on mute. The bedside table lamp was not working I checked the plug and it never came on, that is an inconvenience for someone that needs that light. The shower head is very old the water pipe the shower head was attached to was wobbly. The associate when I checked in gave horrible directions to my room and the way the rooms are numbered makes no sense. I walked down several hallways until I finally found my room. I carried my heavy bags all...

「The jetted tub was everything and I know they wash them because I witnessed it. The balcony overlooking the lake was so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are only stairs to the second floor and you get an actual key instead of a swipe card. I really just enjoyed the experience.」

「The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!」
