"The room was nice. Freshly painted. Good place to rest and sleep when exploring the North Georgia mountains. Friendly and accommodating staff. The exterior looked a little worn and the hall carped seamed to confirm that but the room was nice. Biggest complaint is that the in room coffee maker was unable to make anything but weak coffee. "

"Nice for a budget motel room. It was clean. No smells. Friendly staff. Decent beds and furniture. Nice walk in shower. (no tub) Breakfast was quite good by budget motel standards. Cereal, milk, Activa yogurt, Coffee, OJ, Bagels and cream cheese or butter plus a couple other things. Overall nicer than most budget motels."

"Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been...

"Nice hotel sitting on a 5 star property with golf course ,horseback riding and hiking. I especially liked the indoor pool ,steam room and whirl pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also nice. If looking for less expensive meals,the Brassy Grill serves great burgers and chicken sandwiches. 10 minutes from the Hiawassee pickleball courts."
