“This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the……

“Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is only 2 miles from the east entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, making it very convenient. The rooms are also very clean.”

“This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

“The property is beautiful and close to downtown Estes. Away from the road so hardly any noise of traffic, with Fall River running thru it. Room very well stocked as we were in a two bedroom cabin and cleaned very well. Check-in, is with a kiosk, and a zoomed check in person. Just know to have your ID to scan in and a rep will then provide your key and paperwork to you. Please be aware that language may be difficult to understand but you can get thru this process with patience. We hope to enjoy……

“The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again.”

The hotel’s own information — both online and inside the room — was inaccurate, contradictory, and ultimately false, creating a situation where I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel the same night. “the property was great. the check in process (for me anyway) was poor. There was no one on property. I was supposed to get an email at noon on the day of check in and I didn't. I had to call and get them to send me an email while on the mountain top. Then I had to reenter all of my info to get the access code . It was a painful process with mountain wifi access. after that process, it went smoothly.”

“The cabin was cozy and efficient. It rained constantly so scenery was foggy and cloudy but Grand Lake was charming and the mountains over lakes were breathtaking. ”
