"Great location on Banff Avenue. Extremely friendly and helpful staff -- provided us passes for the Roam bus to the gondola and rented us bear spray (free if not used). Beautiful suite, nice bar for drinks and hot tubs to soothe tired muscles post-hike."

"Our stay here was amazing! Staff were accommodating & very friendly - check-in, housekeeping, restaurant/bar - all of them! The property was beautiful, the roof-top hot tubs & area were great and location was perfect. It was only a 4-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk down to the main hub for shops & restaurants, and approx 17min to the gondola. The bus stop is right outside the hotel for drop-off and right across the street for pickups, so it was close to the action without being right in the middle of it. The only downside I can think of was that while we were told about the restaurant at the hotel next door, it was not noted that they also had a great coffee bar & sadly, we only discovered it the day before we left. Next time we will make sure to explore our surroundings a bit sooner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely hope to do so!"

"The location of this hotel is great. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly modern. The hotel was not as clean as i remember from my last visit nor was it very well maintained for the price point left me feeling disappointing. The rooftop hot tubs need a revamp and only one was working."
