Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). "We enjoyed the stay at Villa Kristy, the warm welcome by the host as well as the location are wonderful. They allow for ultimate relaxing and fun interaction when needed. Take into account you need a taxi or rental car if you want to visit the city. Overall a nice experience and certainly not the last time we visit Villa Kristy and its warm owners and staff."

"We had a great relaxing time in this brand new family hotel between Marrakech and the Atlas mountains. Michael and Sarah have been very kind hosts. Rooms are really pretty with a European-orient mixed style and we really enjoyed the large pool. They have delicious breakfast and high speed internet, which was helpful for communication back home. "The Riad is very beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted as guests in someone’s home and provided a free upgrade without asking. We had help with luggage up stairs. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was affordable and prompt."

"9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre).
