“The hotel was nice, the service was great, but I had two major issues during my stay. First, the smoke alarm kept randomly beeping during our stay, including middle of the night, waking me and my family up. Maintenance pretty much just shrugged when called in, and I had the same issue the second night of our stay. Second, my Hilton Honors status wasn't recognized, and I was charged for water bottles in my room that should have been free for me.”

“Due to maintenance issues, we had to be moved three times; the rooms were full of dampness and had bathroom leaks—I’m going to post videos of the place as proof. They told me they wouldn't charge us for everything we’d been through, yet after we left, they charged my card anyway. Now I have to file a dispute; unfortunately, it was a very bad stay.”
