「As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. 「The 3rd time staying in Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama MM Premier. Friendly staffs, nice room, nice bed and specious. Convenient location to access shopping and train station with walkable stance. If the meals you of breakfast could change a little bit will be great, coz it is almost the same everyday during my 5-day stay.」

「從我駕車入來，接待我們一家的酒店門口職員開始，包括初期接待我們的外籍男職員及一位女職員，及至接待處的一位華裔職員，他們都十分殷勤、有禮貌、細心及熱情！絕對感受到這酒店的管理文化是特級水平，像六星級的酒店水準！ 我們有五大件行李在車上，兩位職員已第一時間幫忙處理，安排上房！之後外籍職員帶領我們到十四樓接待處，期間順道介紹酒店設施及其位置！之後再由接待處職員接待我們，她是一位能說普通話的華裔職員，她取了我們的護照文件後，先安排我們坐在大堂的梳化等待安排手續，全程都不用我們企著等候，十分細心！到她辦好手續便過來十分詳細地解釋酒店的各項服務及設施等等！再親身帶我們到酒店房間，靜待我們看看有無問題才離開。 日本文化已公認是最殷勤、最有禮貌的民族，但此酒店的管理水平，是更上一層樓的！ 至於酒店設施亦十分高級，高貴而新派！唯一感覺SPA場及健身室比較細，但亦是高級數的！ 房間的護理用品極多，超出想像！ 總體來說，酒店管理水平及設施，超六星級數！ 下次必定再來！ 」

「床很好睡蠻舒適的，洗澡水很熱。早餐是給餐券兌換便當，便當很好吃，只不過7點才能兑換，最後一天因為要趕早上的班機，所以無法領用，有點可惜...」
