"Spacious and bright room in an excellent location—very convenient for early flights. Unfortunately, there was a fly in our room when we arrived. The service at the self-check-in was also poor. A staff member approached us without being asked and was quite impatient. He struggled with the machine's instructions and was rude about the passport process. It was an unwelcome and frustrating start to our stay."
