🚨 Important Notice – Broken Luggage

Please do not leave broken suitcases or luggage in the house.
They cannot be disposed of with regular trash, and we must hire a special disposal company, which costs ¥20,000 per item.

If broken luggage is left behind, we will unfortunately have to charge ¥20,000.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
Other heads up include:
- Keys will be charged if lost (5000 yen)
- Please don`t take away any of the household items after your stay (ex: microwaves, cups, towels, plates, bed sheets, etc..)
- Please make sure your throw your trash away in the right garbage can
- Please don`t leave behind broken luggage (additional 5000 yen will be charge if do so)
- Please inform the owner beforehand if you plan on checking out late. Failure to inform us early will require additional late check out charges for the loss of time the cleaning crew needs to prepare the room for our next guest ( 5000yen per hour your late)。
