This hotel brand its really good, has all you would need and always are very good located, so you have a metro station nearby, and the staff its very friendly and always looking to help you.

The staff, while polite, don't speak English. Their breakfast and advertising are misleading, and they don't offer Western-style breakfast. They never honored our request to change the Japanese breakfast to Western and also didn't want to refund the extra we paid for 7 nights. The manager is never on site. I would choose another hotel with more flexible customer service and better accommodation. Not recommended.
