Only a 5-minute walk from Yoyogi Koen Station and within walking distance of Shibuya Scramble Crossing, yet in a quiet residential area with very little noise.

This is the first floor part of a modern new detached two-family house, which was just completed in 2023, and is independent.

The Tomigaya area of Shibuya-ku, which is located in the heart of Tokyo but has an excellent living environment, is also home to many stylish cafés and restaurants that are perfect hideaways. Yoyogi Park, a 6-minute walk away, is a park full of nature where you can enjoy the Japanese four seasons, a rarity in Tokyo. Various events are held on weekends, so you can enjoy a lively holiday.

Furthermore, Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Harajuku Takeshita Street are also within walking distance, so even if you enjoy sightseeing and shopping to the fullest, you will be able to do so without stress due to the easy access.

This is a very clean and comfortable home. Two twin beds in two rooms. One of the rooms is a bit tight with the beds. The twin beds are nestled next to each other. Full kitchen with a small fridge like from a hotel. But there is a very cool table in the living room that has two large drawers and is a fridge. Better than the kitchen. Holds lots of food. about a 7 minute walk to the train stations. 18 min walk to shibuya. 3 minute walk to grocery store. They supply slippers and umbrellas. A few things like oil, tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc. Pots and pans. We had to put two of our luggage for the smaller room, in the living room. The closet is too small. Full Washer but the dryer is the shower room. Typical for Japan. We had to contact the owner a couple of times and he was very quick to respond and helped us. Great spot for 4 people who get along. lol. would stay here again.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient - Highly Recommended!

Our family of two adults and one child called this property home upon our arrival into Tokyo and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to find, easy to check in to, communication was great, and the personalized note and water/snacks waiting for us was a nice touch. The property itself was very clean and everything was easy to use. Highly recommended as a great base for exploring Tokyo!

Unbeatable location

The apartment was clean and compact yet spacious enough for my family of four. Our location was fantastic where we walked everywhere to Shibuya Crossing (10 minutes), Harajaku (15-20 minutes) and the nearest metro was about 5 minutes walk away. The area is so quiet and safe with 7-11 and Family Mart shops 3 minutes walk away. Although we never met our host, she was most gracious and helpful in all her correspondence with us via email and VRBO. She also provided us with shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, body lotion, face wash, hand wash, toothbrushes, slippers, and other bits and bobs that you normally get in a hotel. We also had tea, coffee, powder milk and water provided although tap water is safe to drink. Top tip: download Google Translate app if you don't speak Japanese as it helped us understand all the remote controls and appliance instructions in the apartment.
