The staff are nice and polite. The disadvantage is no coffee available right after 9:00 am. If somebody miss their breakfast, hotel guest won't be able to have their first coffee in hotel. The dinning area is small. It will be closed right after breakfast time. Hence, there is no waiting area in the lobby. It is a bit inconvenience if you want to do some work there, especially right after checking out at 10 am.

Indeed, "Superhotel" to be called in my own experienced. It was a seamless checked-in when I arrived at the hotel and added plus is checking-out at the Front desk is not anymore needed, you'll just get out of the hotel with your luggage. Their sustainability support on our mother earth is there 1st priority with all their hotel facilities and guestroom's amenities. They called it "1 eco", from tissues that are being used for guest set-up to the recycled water being flushed-out from the toilet are sustainable for the environment. They have pillow menus selection on what you prefer to sleep-on and you may get it beside the reception counter. Daily amenities of your choice were just placed beside the pillow cabinet also by the reception that you may freely grab depending on your daily consumption. The hotel has welcome open bar counter (whisky, gin, vodka, soju, sake, sodas and other drinks) that you may drink (Mon-Sun) 6:00pm to 9:00 pm) located at the 1st floor. Breakfast selection are impressive, continental breakfast for westerner( daily freshly baked pastries, croissants, bagels and others Japanese food). Everyday food varieties were changed and really delicious. The two ladies assigned at the restaurant are very commendable. Kudos to both of them who are always doing an extra-miles services and indeed an extraordinary one . The hotel is 3 minutes walk from JR train Otsuka station. I highly recommended Superhotel Otsuka for my friends & family.

朝食の品数は多くありませんが、どれも美味しく、十分満足しました。特にパンが美味しかったです。 ホテル内は静かですが、12時ごろ戻った方が廊下で大きな声でおしゃべりしており、声がとても響いていた事だけが残念でした。

Das beste an dem Hotel ist die Lage. Zwei bis fünf Minuten zum U-Bahnhof. Von dort aus erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt. Zimmer sind klein, aber praktisch. Wir haben für zwei Personen gut 50 € bezahlt, inklusive Frühstück. Das Frühstück war okay, aber natürlich nichts für Europäer. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, da es für mich eine super Lage hat. Nach dem Trubel in der Großstadt ist es fast etwas ruhig in der Gegend. Also preis-leistungsverhältnis super gut.
