Great communication with friendly host. Very clean and well-organized studio in a quiet neighborhood. Around 700m from subway. There's an must-try bakery named Mister Donut near subway's North exit.

It only took me 8 mins to get to the station, it’s a nice .3 mile walk to a lawsons, there is access to a gym in komazawa park which costs 500 yen for 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean and includes a fire stove top, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, dehumidifier for drying clothes, mini heater, and includes amenities. It was a very nice stay and I will book again if I come back to Japan.

The property was nicely sized, clean and full of amenities. The washing and cooking facilities were a very welcome addition! Contact with the owners was very quick and straightforward. I stayed for nearly a month with no issues. The location is quiet, close to the train station, and has food and shops nearby, with just a short DT-Line ride to reach Shibuya. I would absolutely stay here again!

It is a good studio apartment.
It was just perfect for my stay. Reasonable price, good location, all necessary stuff was in the room. I would stay again when I come to Japan.

Overall very good for the price and easy to get to the station. The fan in the bath was out of order. But it wasnt a big deal. The check in and check out process was very convenient. I would recommend to my friends to stay here.

Very nice and cute property! 10 min from the station and a 10 min ride on the den en toshi to Shibuya, so very convenient! Hosts are very kind and communicative!

I stayed there by myself and a heavy luggage. There is no elevator. It was very difficult for me to take my luggage to the third floor. Also, I had to take that down to the first floor when I checked out. That's only reason why I didn't rate as excellent but good for overall.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed staying here. It was located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It was about a 13 minute walk to the train station, but there were a lot of things with a 5 minute walk. Good communication with owners. Would definitely stay there again if in the Tokyo area.

桜新町駅と駒沢大学駅の間で、九泊させてもらいました。　内装は古いですが，すみずみまで綺麗に掃除をされています。静かで良かったです。次回もつかわせていただきます。

Bon confort pour pas cher.
Tout se que l’on a besoin se trouve dans cet appartement . Machine à laver le linge , fer à repasser, planche à repasser un peu petite mais à le mérite d’y être. Dommage pas de petit four de cuisson . Pas de sommier pour le lit et donc matelas un peu juste . Pas d’ascenseur. Niveau qualité prix excellent. Bien situé près des commerces et restaurants. Appartement très confortable, au calme bien chauffé.

在剛報到的當下非常不愉快的感受，自助式的報到OK，房間Key放在迷你型的保險櫃內，已將密碼上鎖確ㄧ直說沒鎖，密碼還說了好幾組才解開，在寒冷的夜晚吹了一個多小時冷風，才得已進房間 實在是哎

We received one phone call from you but you hung up after we gave you the information and we thought this was resolved at that time. If you had called back or stayed on the line we could have resolved this much sooner. I think there was some miscommunication here as well. Please come again, and we guarantee you will the same great experience as nearly all of our guests do.

室内は新しく、清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 2階でしたので重いキャリーケースを運ぶのに少し苦労しました。ベッドが、おそらく90cm幅でしょうか、狭くて落ちないか不安でした。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが詰め替え用で、持つとやわらかく、多めに出てしまいました。23時ごろのチェックインだったため、閑静な住宅地をキャリーケースの音をたてて11分ほど歩くのが申し訳なかったです。

チェックイン時、外国人の方「掃除中」2名がちょうど玄関にいて、親切・丁寧に説明をしてくれました♪ 普段は会う事が無いのでしょうが、自分は逆に会えて良かったです♪ こうゆう人達が管理人さんだったら安心して宿泊出来る宿だなと感じました♪ また必ず利用させて頂きます！！ 本当に快適でしたありがとうございます😊

オクサヤカ様、ご滞在をいただきありがとうございました。書いた３件のことなんですが、ご説明をいただけませんか。どうして使えなかったのでしょうか。チェックインの前・アウトの後には管理者が電球と洗濯機を使ったりして問題は全然ありませんでした。それに鍵が入ってなかったことはどう言う意味でしょうか。２２日（掃除の時）写真で入れたことを確認致しました。チェックインの前は再度確認致しました。鍵が入ってないとしたらお部屋に入ることができませんで、直接サポートの連絡が必要なる状況ですが、そういう連絡が来なかったのですが、鍵がなかったらどうやってお部屋に入りましたのでしょうか。ご返信をお待ちしております。ご迷惑をおかけ致しまして、申し訳ありませんでした。宜しくお願い致します。

Das einzig Positive ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Das Wohnviertel ist sehr schön und allgemein ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war nicht vorhanden. Auf 4 Emails von mir wurde nicht ein mal geantwortet. Das Doppelzimmer ist für 2 Personen definitiv zu klein. Am Tisch war Platz für eine Person. Die Zweite konnte sich dann aber nicht mal mehr im Zimmer bewegen. Fernseher war vorhanden, es konnten aber 0 Sender empfangen werden. Aus der Dusche kam immer nach einer Minute schlagartig nur noch eiskaltes Wasser für ca. 20 Sekunden. In allen Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien leer sodas wir erst einmal neue besorgen mussten. Der Kühlschrank war so extrem Laut das er uns stündlich geweckt hat. Aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Rezeption haben sich einige Gäste extrem rücksichtslos benommen. Sie waren sehr laut, Fernseher und Radio konnte man mehrere Zimmer weiter noch hören und es wurde viel getrampelt.

It would be better if the toilet, kitchen and TV table could have shelves, for example, a shelf could be installed under the toilet mirror to put toothbrushes, cups, toothpaste dental floss, a small amount of cosmetics, etc., and the TV table could also place a shelf or cabinet bucket to make the desktop space better.
