“We stayed one night at Yellow House Niseko, and that was enough for us. While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

"I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable.
The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it.
Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am."
"We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was fresh, though the selection was a bit limited.
The location was very convenient for skiing at Hanazono. There were ski lockers on the ground floor and a small snack shop right next to the hotel, which made everything easy and comfortable."
