"We only stayed here one night. The cabin was clean and we were presented with some excellent snacks. It was a little small for three adults but would be perfect for a couple. As with most places in Scotland, there is no air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm when we arrived. Thankfully there was a fan to use and during the night it cooled off. "A truly lovely hotel. Nestled on the side of a stunning loch the lodge is in an awe inspiring location. However, the whole stay was an experience. The owner has clearly spent a lot of money on ensuring that this property is modern with a traditional, yet contemporary feel. From the moment we arrived the staff were a stand out and all deserve a thank you. You can have a beautiful building and location but without the right people it means little. We ate in the restaurant and the clever mix of Indian inspired dishes on one part is woven together extremely well with the more expected Scottish dishes. Breakfast is a very good buffet with plentiful choice. They also have a small spa with many treatments so make sure you book ahead."
