"The room was spotless, the lamdscaping/ gardens were incredible, the linens were so warm and comfortable and the food (half board and breakfast) was out of this world! So good. Such a privilege to get to stay here. Word of advice, choose the Japanese breakfast over the American breakfast, it's amazing! Thanks for a wondergul stay."

"We loved the staff and hospitality at Momijiya. My husband said it felt like we were staying at our grandma's house. We loved the ryokan experience as well. We really felt we were getting a more intimate Japanese experience. The food really put us Americans out of our comfort zone, but we wouldn't have wanted it any other way. "The staff people were especially helpful ..and fun…especially the woman who showed us how to put on the yukata correctly. The bath was exceptionally clean and lovely .and just the right temperature. Only disappointment was that check in was at 4:00 …and by most properties allow check in at 3:00. Overall, a lovely experience! "

" I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and nearby attractions. I really appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and the overall quiet atmosphere. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!"
