"The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly! The hotel is located next to the station and there are many different restaurants in the same area. However, the air conditioning isn’t very strong and there is no bathroom ventilation so you will need to open the patio door for a bigger breeze. "

"Clean room. APA Hotels are expected to have a bit of a smaller room, but it was still comfortable enough for a solo traveler with just a standard carry on bag and a backpack. The public bath was refreshing. There is only one washer and dryer, but the downside is that the washer takes 30 minutes but the dryer needs 2 hours or sometimes more to finish so coordinating that can be a hassle. Somebody had actually taken my clothes out and put theirs in in the middle of my dry cycle which was kind of annoying. Also the temperature in the room can be warm at times especially during the day if your room faces the sun. The window at this particular hotel couldn't be cracked open to let the cool air in either which would've been perfect as it was 60F outside most nights. The cleaning lady was also very nice and helpful too. "

"Mostly annoyed with Hotels.com who list the hostel falsely, because bathe or use the gym is an extra 500yen charge every time yet this is mentioned nowhere before booking and checking in. Its really noisy, lacks amenities and space… there is only one tiny lift for 3 people, between 9 floors with many bunks on each floor… it took me nearly half an hour to check out because of the number of people in the lift with luggage and there is no alternative exit, and I was not the only one. But really what was worst overall was the hotels.com service to just not even bother to try and sort anything out and blame the language barrier. I blame them more than the hostel for anything."
