「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. 「是個乾淨的房間，白天陽光可以照進房間很明亮，但房間燈很少導致晚上房間內有點昏暗。飯店會額外收費200 $CAD作為押金。飯店規定我們需在退房前需整理房間所有垃圾，並丟到垃圾房，並且使用洗碗機和洗衣機請洗所有使用過的碗盤及毛巾。需要盡量保持乾淨，以免無法得到退款。」

Lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the train station and convention centre, and a Starbucks right downstairs too! We'd definitely love to come back next time we're visiting the area!」
