“Jo the care taker is very nice and friendly to give whatever help and advice needed for a visitor new to the place. The room is clean and in fact the whole building seems to have just been renovated.”

“What a lovely property with lovely hosts. Made us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is just great! Full English, whatever you like, loads of options like cereals, crumpets, breakfast bars, fruit, yoghurts, waffles to name a few. Hosts attentive and eager to please while being friendly too. Room was very nice with big sliding window and smart TV with the usuals like Netflix and Prime (bring your own accounts!). Wifi in rooms good too and beds are super comfy with 2 good pillows each as……

“Wendy and Steve were the perfect hosts. The rooms were very comfortable, the freshly cooked breakfast was amazing, and the local knowledge was extremely helpful. The added bonus of freshly baked cake was very welcom also.”

“Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for pleasant……

“Great stay at the Brantwood b&b. Lovely room, comfortable bed and very friendly helpful host. Cant comment on the breakfast as we slept so well we missed it! Catherine was kind enough to offer toast and coffee so we didn’t go without any breakfast…highly recommend. ”

“Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay.”
