Our stay was for 3 weeks and we were very happy with this property. Everything you would need is there for you and well maintained. The property manager, Michael is so very helpful and always quick to respond if needed. I highly recommend this property if staying in Punta Prima!

Lovely Apartment close to shops, bars and amenities

A wonderful clean and well equipped apartment close to bars, shops, resturants and also on local bus route with buses passing every 30 minutes 7 days per week. The key holder who met us on arrival was pleasant, friendly and helpful and had a good knowledge of the area. Mick was extremely helpful during out stay and if we had any problems he was available to answer any queries with no longer than 30 minutes wait. If he couldnt deal over the phone with queries he followed up up with a prompt visit to the property to action. The apartment is well equiped with more than enough items you will need for your holiday. The communal pool is clean and the people around the community are very friendly. This appartment does face the road but once indoors no noise can be heard. Everything of good quality and in working order. One thing that could be upgrade is the satalite TV as signal was very poor and lack of channels. Phrase and a big thank you needs to be given to Mick for managing this property on behalf of the owner.

Chaotischer Start

Der Schlüsselüberbringer hat uns 2,5 Stunden mit Koffern und Essen immer bei 31 Grad vertröstet. Schlussendlich mussten wir für eine Nacht in ein anderes Appartement, da unseres doppelt verbucht war. Schlüsselübergeber war sehr unfreundlich am Telefon, Eigentümer war sehr freundlich aber lebt in UK.

Very good!!!

Alles was er, zeer uitgeruste keuken, 2 badkamers, zalige tuin en terras. Goede ligging. Al raad ik toch aan om een auto te huren als je niet enkel naar het zwembad of het strand wil. ( Cartagena, Elche ...) Flamenca beach is mooier dan het strand in Punta Prima. Rustige baaitjes met zand. Maar dat is te voet wat te ver. Het huisje is voorzien van muggenapparaten en vliegenramen. Alles is er! Mooi, gezellig , heel goede bedden, kussens. Voldoende lakens en handdoeken. Goede ligging. Dichtbij het mooie zwembad. Michael, ( en zijn schattige hond Ronny) de keyholder is een heel aangename vriendelijke man die nuttige info gaf en ons ook vervoerde van en naar de luchthaven en andere plaatsen tijdens ons verblijf. We vonden het jammer om terug naar huis te moeten gaan. Een aanrader!!!

Rymlig och välutrustat lägenhet. Trevlig område. Bra isolering. Nära till affärer. Den ansvariga kom så fort vi behövde något som inte stod rätt till.

Très bel appartement tout équipé

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement entièrement équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, climatisation, TV, Wifi...) avec une superbe terrasse et un jardin. Piscine commune très jolie avec 2 bassins. Supermarché à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Communication très facile avec Richard qui gère la location et qui est très réactif. Je recommande cette location.

Bien pero mejorable

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones cómodas y es acojedor y completo, bonita urbanización, excelente jardin, excepto la secadora que era de pago. Inconvenientes: - Muchos mosquitos que nos hicieron la estancia incómoda, tambien hormigas, las mosquiteras no eran efectivas. - El agua de la piscina sucias y turbia todos los dias. - La cocina estaba algo sucia cuando llegamos - Hablando con otros inquilinos de la urbanización, hay apartamentos muy similares a precios un 25% mas económicos, al saber ésto creo que pagamos demasiado. Considerando todo esto mi valoración es un 7

Vacaciones en Punta Prima

En general, la casa está genial y tiene todo lo necesario y más para unas vacaciones en familia. Las instalaciones tanto del apartamento como de la misma urbanización están en perfectas condiciones. Lo único que nos pareció un poco lejano a la playa, pero si tienes coche no hay ningún problema. Está muy cerca de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes y en una zona muy tranquila.

Holiday in punts prima

Spent a couple of weeks at this apartment, I have been visiting the area for a number of years now and have to say that this apartment was more of a home from home rather than a holiday let. Everything you could wish for, high standard of accomodation extremely comfortable, local to all amenities. Would have gladly stayed on longer but unable to do so. Would go back in the blink of an eye. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern apartment

Very well situated ground floor apartment,

The spa is well located, near to lots of bars and restaurants in Punta Marina and Punta Prima, short walk to all that you need. Very well maintained inside and outside the apartment and surroundings, nice pool and very nice from private garden area. Apartment had all utilities that you would need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend to friends and family in future.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely private garden

A beautiful , clean and well maintained apartment with many added extras, it had everything we could possibly need! Also had a comfortable bed with extra pillows , sheets and towels for your use . There was a folder with instructions on how to use all appliances and numbers direct in case of any problems. Lovely Private garden with plenty outdoor furniture and bbq to chill and let the world go by :-) and we also enjoyed the communal pool . The apartment is close to shops, bars, restaurants and a short stroll to the beach .. we couldn’t have asked for more . Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back .. Roll on next year!

Lovely apartment in a lovely area.

I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The apartment is modern in a lovely area with a well maintained garden and access to a well maintained pool. Within walking distance to all amenities. Close to a lovely sea front restaurant serving great food at reasonable prices. Had a great holiday.
