Lovely apartment
We had a lovely time, the apartment was everything we hoped for. Veiws were spectacular, there was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You do need a car to get around, the ferries are a good way to get around. I think you need to be fit to go up and down the paths to get to town. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very relaxing stay
Sitting on the balcony especially in the evenings was amazing. You need to be fit to walk into the town and back so a car is a necessity. This meant we cooked in and ate on the balcony. A beautiful and relaxing holiday.

So nice we doubled our stay! Guido, Uta and Marianna were all super helpful and responded to any of our questions promptly - and delightful to connect with! Place was perfect - beautiful view, pool, close to town (thank you again Marianna for the tip on using the footpaths (: and a well-appointed kitchen to add. Dinners in town or on the deck, spent watching the full moon rise. Truly spectacular! Definitely try the gelato at the place a block or so above. Check out the mercati on Thursday’s. And the beach by the KMYC (which also has an awesome carbonera ;) We were there for Du Pass ai Gai which was a really cool interactive museum tour of sorts - held in the evening, featured folks dressed the part of days gone by, music and tours of ‘rooms’ that were ages old, set up to reflect the past. Enchanting. Loved our stay at Bellavista and you will too (: Grazie!!!

Perfekter Urlaub
Das Appartment hat ein atemberaubend schöne Lage und der Blick vom Wohnzimmer-Balkon auf den Gardasee ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine (sehr hilfreich). Die ganze Anlage ist supergepflegt, ein erwähnenswertes Plus der abschliessbare Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz. Besonders toll fanden wir den Pool (auch dieser supergepflegt und sauber), egal wir einen Ausflug gemacht hat oder beim Baden waren - am Schluss des Tags war der Sprung in den wunderbaren Infinity-Pool obligatorisch. All die Infos und Tipps rund um die Wohnung wie auch Unternehmungen rund um den Gardasee waren einfach perfekt und hilfreich, der Check-in und der Check-out absolut problemlos. Der Kontakt vor Ort wie zu den Eigentümern sehr nett, hilfreich und schnell. Für uns war das der perfekte Urlaub und wir würden beim nächsten Gardasee-Urlaub diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder wählen!

Herrlich, wunderbar einfach super. Die Fewo ist sehr schön, und ruhig,genau wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick auf den Lago ist grandios, ob vom Balkon oder aus dem Pool. Zum erholen und chillen top.

Dolce Vita in Toscalano-Maderno
Bei Bellavista in Toscolano-Maderno handelt es sich nicht um eine klassische Ferienanlage, sondern um eine private Wohnungseigentumsanlage. Die mehrheitlich einheimischen Eigentümer verbringen hier ihre Wochenenden und Urlaube. Während unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs im Mai 2023 trafen wir nur sehr selten Nachbarn an und wir hatten die Anlage mehr oder weniger für uns alleine. Das Appartment ist sauber, ansprechend modern, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, und mit allen wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet. Der Schlafkomfort war gut, das Schlafzimmer zur ruhigeren Bergseite ausgerichtet. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt für zwei Personen. Von der Seeseite aus muss immer mit einem gewissen Geräuschpegel gerechnet werden. Sei dies von der örtlichen Papierfabrik oder dem Durchgangsverkehr im Ort. Dafür erhält man jedoch einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. Wlan funktioniert sehr gut. Der Pool ist erfrischend und wunderschön gelegen. Die ortsansäßige Facility-Managerin reagierte auf eine telefonische Anfrage schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Von den Eigentümern erhielten wir vorab sehr umfangreiche Informationen zum Aufenthalt in T.-M., sprich zur Einweisung in die Wohnung bzw. der Anlage (Stichwort Bella figura), der korrekten Müllentsorgung und viele, viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps. Hier blieben tatsächlich keinerlei Fragen offen. Sehr gut. Diese Ferienwohnung in Toscolano-Maderno können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, toller Blick
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage von Toscolano-Maderno ist perfekt. Es liegt ungefähr auf der Hälfte der Strecke von Riva nach Sirmione und genau an der Fähre, die quer über den See fährt. Die Anlage ist sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht. Unbedingt eine Empfehlung
