“The property listing is incorrect. It is listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, when it is actually only 2 of each. This was reported to the host days ago and is still incorrect on the website.I tried contacting the host multiple times days before our arrival with no response. He finally responded the day of our arrival. This caused a lot of added stress to not have our questions answered before arriving, which included a discrepancy on the location we were trying to resolve in advance.The address……

“Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a……

Even though it is not located near the Marina as suggested on the map, the villa is in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, grocers, and even CostCo. The view of the bay from the rooftop is beautiful. Anna, our concierge, was very responsive and informative. The interior is decorated beautifully. The villa was well equipped. Plenty of towels, daily housekeeping, and decorated for the holidays. We stay there again.”
