「Beautiful grounds. Swimming pool Water jug and glasses in room. Nice breakfast Nice pillows, bed a little firm for my liking but you will never please everyone with beds」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Fabulous stay. Everything was perfect from dinner to breakfast. However I do find the £25.00 surcharge for a dogs stay a little hefty. A welcome pack is offered but not forthcoming sadly 」

「Usually stay midweek when rates are lower; for the price, compared to other L.pool hotels, it is remarkable value: for a high quality stay.Little touches like a fridge and big bath towels. The staff are great, always very nice in an uncontrived, unforced way」

「Lovely locality, clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. Pool and steam room fantastic. Room on the lower ground floor, disappointing view, large over grown hedge, made the room very dark」
