“Room 400's bathtub had black organic growth all along the end of the tub near the drain. Very visible. Not sure why it has not been removed. The bath towels were small. The rest of the room was clean. Overall, the hotel was nice for a dated building. It is ready for a renovation. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was typical free breakfast.”

“The best thing about this place was the staff every single employee there was so incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. The facilities, however, are really dingy and dirty. The doors are all banged up and it almost feels like people were breaking into each room at some point. The walls have scuffs all over them. The floors are really dirty. There’s always a smell of pot in the air. The parking garage is dimly lit so it makes you nervous when you go out to your car. The refrigerator and……

“Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below……

“Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.”

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is……
