Rooms are VERY outdated, which i don't really care about if it was "retro", but everything is very worn & torn & looks like they haven't been updated since 70s/80s. Mattresses definitely need replacement. Very worn & springy. The blower for ac/heat in my room was barely blowing, even on "high", & we had no hot water in our room. After informing the front desk, they did take care of both issues right away. Rooms are very clean though, &……

“The hotel, which had a strong smell, was being renovated. Also the bathroom in our room had patch jobs and also patch jobs in certain areas of the kitchen. Limited parking space…”

“Fue excelente”

“The place was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. It is in a great location, within a five minute walk to the town with all the shops and restaurants! Carolyn, the host was great with communication and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.”

“For the younger generation this place is the perfect place to be. For people our age (70’s) we were hoping for a little different. Hosts were great to deal with and the location was perfect. We also found it to be well maintained.”

“Nice place to relax and enjoy your away from home. To be there again soon. Owner was helpful throughout stay. Thanks see you again Fabian”

“Great location for our trip to Manhattan and graduation at Tappan Zee high school for our niece. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk down to Main Street and have breakfast at the Art Cafe and go shopping. Mark and Jill were great hosts! Their hospitality has been the best we have ever had at a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. ”
