We particularly liked the long table where we worked several jigsaw puzzles. The host provided several suggestions for local dining and entertainment that were good.”

“The parking was perfect and spacious; there was a clean snow and ice-free path to the entrance. We were disappointed that there was no kitchen or chef available within the grounds, but being in a little Italian section of Amsterdam made up for it. Loved the art and the space available in our Jr. Suite. ”

“Extremely clean, host was very quick to reply to my questions and even started a campfire for us. My husband fished while I enjoyed the wine we were left by the host. The “outdoor shower was amazing and the restroom was very clean. They thought of so many little things to help make our overnight comfortable …and the Golf course restaurant was outstanding- laid back atmosphere and you can wear shirts and t shirt. On our list of favorites now. ”

“This is a low-end motel. There is incessant traffic noise from the highway. The only nearby eating establishment is Star Cafe, a typical greasy spoon with minimal fare. The only saving graces are the adjacent laundromat and the price. There is also a minimart by the gas station for survival needs. ”
