“The hotel is extremely old-fashioned and it smells that way. I had problems rating this because it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Neither was the service or the amenities. It is a little ran down but it's a place to lay your head. The shower pressure was amazing. The rest was very dated then there was a crucifix tucked in to the frame of the bathroom doorway which added creepy vibes.”

“The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)”

“We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The first thing we noticed was the horrible odor in both the hallways and our room. The smell was overwhelming and made the stay very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was booked for two people, yet we were given only one washcloth and one hand towel. After cleaning, they took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them, leaving us with only one bath towel. When we requested more, it took over an hour. The toilet would not flush……

“The maintenance was very lacking. The room that I had, number 427, had a faucet that leaked in the bathroom. The toilet ran all night and there was no exhaust fan so the entire room became steamy anytime I would take a shower. The complementary breakfast was adequate however, all of the meat products offered seemed to be somewhat undercooked as were the scrambled eggs. The staff was quite helpful and made their best effort to accommodate requests. A little more attention to maintenance would……
